This luxurious dining night features an seven-course tasting menu celebrating premium ingredients like wagyu, truffle, and caviar. From creative preparation techniques to unexpected flavour profiles, Chef Joseph prepares each dish with his signature flair (and a touch of mischief) to surprise guests with every mouthful.

- Amuse-bouche: Smoked anchovy & olive oil sphere
- Starter: Jamón ibérico & mushroom croqueta, with a truffle aioli and sherry-infused béchamel
- Entree: Sea and land ceviche, featuring scallops and serrano ham amidst yuzu pearls
